Albany County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) works closely with the National Weather Service (NWS) in Cheyenne, WY. Their office provides regular updates and issues weather alerts. It is imperative that you have several ways of obtaining alerts such as through Albany County Alerts, NOAA Weather Radio or Mobile Apps. 

Storm Spotter Training

Join us on Saturday, May 21st from 1pm-2:30pm at the Laramie Readiness Center on Highway 130 for an in-person Storm Spotter Training with the National Weather Service Cheyenne! 

This training is FREE and open to anyone interested in attending!!
